Sunlight

Sunlight carries possibility on it's cosmic rays,

Streaking through the darkness,

Bringing light to the unknown.

It reminds that when all around us,

We cannot see,

When darkness closes in like a fist,

That we trust to hope,

Turn our gaze upward

And open our eyes.
